Are there any hidden fees?
No transaction fees, invoice fees, or per-card fees — and no long-term contracts. We'll walk you through exactly how your program is structured before you decide.
What happens if we get close to our credit limit?
If your account gets close to or exceeds its credit limit, we treat it as a conversation — not an automatic hard stop. We'll work with you to understand what's happening and what options may be available. Cards may still be paused or restricted for suspected fraud, unusual activity, non-payment, or account security reasons.
How long does it take to get started?
Most account reviews take 2–3 business days once we have the information needed. After approval, cards typically arrive within 1–2 weeks.
Where is the card accepted?
At 85,000+ participating Fuelman Network locations across all 50 states — major truck stops, national brands, regional chains, and trusted independents. Acceptance can vary by location.
Can we add maintenance or in-store purchases?
Yes — there's an option to add vehicle maintenance and/or inside C-store purchases to the card at no extra cost, with the controls and limits you set. Availability can vary by location and product category.
